Terms of Service
Service Agreement
By engaging Aqua Soft Technologies for water softener services, you agree to these terms. Our services include installation, maintenance, repair, and salt delivery for water softening systems across Suffolk.
Installation Services
- All installations include a 12-month warranty on workmanship
- Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer
- Installation dates are subject to weather conditions and site accessibility
- Customer must provide clear access to installation areas
Maintenance and Repairs
- Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance
- Emergency callout fees may apply for out-of-hours service
- Repairs due to customer misuse or neglect may incur additional charges
- We use genuine parts where possible, with suitable alternatives when necessary
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
- Salt delivery subscriptions are billed in advance
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
Online Salt Orders
- Salt ordered on this website is paid for in full at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- We deliver to the Suffolk postcodes accepted at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.
- Salt subscriptions are billed in advance every 6 weeks. To cancel, contact us on 01449 798161 or info@aquasofttechnology.co.uk with at least 24 hours’ notice before your next payment.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer buying online, including the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, are not affected.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses. Customer property insurance should cover any accidental damage during installation or service.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Emergency services and same-day appointments require payment of a cancellation fee if cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time.
